Plant & People
Plant & People runs on the plant’s own network and keeps working without an internet connection. It is a modular build. Separate modules and bundles will be available. Most features are optional and can be switched off if your plant does not need them. When they are used together, they pass information between them. PaP was designed by an engineer with more than 25 years of experience in maintenance.

PaP is not only offered as one complete package. Separate modules and bundles will be available. Most features are optional and can be switched off if they are not needed. Used together, a part, a job, a stock record and a person’s skills stay linked, so a change does not have to be typed in again.
These are the modules, and the screens inside them:
- Plant & People Core. Departments, Site, Notices, Users, Organisation, My privileges, Version archives, Shifts, Teams, Audit log, Backups, Import, Settings and Quick Access settings.
- Engineering WorkPack. Search, Common parts, Service packages, SOPs, Project roadmaps, Site map, Drainage map, Fire alarms map, Isolation points, Digital manuals, Machine settings, Machine mods, Access and Tribal knowledge.
- Engineering Communications System. Open jobs, Our line, My allocated jobs, Operator Knowledge Vault, Raise job, Completed jobs, Contractors, Attention, To-do lists, Projects, LOTO log, Handover, Holiday, Sick, Training Schedule and Availability.
- Total Productive Maintenance. Planned cards, Templates, Overdue and Tablet.
- Maintenance Store. Search, Warnings, Requests and Mobile. The quantity in a box is worked out from its weight, and the storeman sees the parts a job needs before that job is issued.
- Workforce Competency System. People, Suggestions, Onboarding, Buddy / mentor, Development, Training, Probation, Skill matrix and Dashboard.
- Analytical Tools. Metrics, Charts, Usage & adoption and The Wall.

Current product status
There is no published release date, price or licence. The software is not described here as production-ready, and the wider suite is not ready for general release.
A read-only version of the real Plant & People app is open for potential customers to explore. It is the fictional Northgate Foods plant. You choose a person and open every module. A licence does not lock them. Nothing can be changed, including passwords.
